Worship of Lord GANESHA
In Hinduism every religious and auspicious function begins with worship of Lord GANESHA, HE also known VIGHANHARTA (the obstacle remover) remove all obstacle that comfort devotees .devotees should pray or offering some sweets or fruits (called PARASAD) to GANESHA and believe to ensure success ,wealth and prosperity . All marriages, festivals and sacrifices Ganesh is to be first propitiated

Ganesh is worshipped at the beginning of every auspicious work. Often His worship consists of a coconut that is placed on a heap of rice. This worship is symbolic of Ganesh fulfilling the work which has started.
What do these words mean?
Vakra means one that is not straight
Vakratunda means curved trunk
Mahakaya means large body, if we see that in a more divine sense it means most powerful
Suryakoti means Surya-sun and koti means crore
Samprabha means prabha- aura, grandeur sama- like
Suryakoti samprabha means whose aura is like light of crores of sun put together
Nirvgnam- obstacle free
Kurume- give me
Deva- means god
Sarva- means all
