How To Find Balance in Your Sacral Chakra
Visualize orange. Orange is the sacral chakra’s color. Imagine a bright, healing orange glow filling up your entire lower abdomen—keeping in mind that we’re three dimensional. I have SI joint problems and often focus specifically on this region, so feel free to send your breath—and the color orange—to any particular area of disease or tension.
Meditation is like prednisone for the spirit.
It has the power to reduce inflammation of all kind, physical, energetic, and spiritual. Meditation is great for balancing and healing the sacral chakra and all the other chakras too.
One of my favorite ways to move is through dance, because dance is about movement and flow (which is great for the sacral chakra), and it is also a really fun way to exercise!
It does not have to be hard or complicated. It can be as little as two songs a day. And it doesn’t matter if you can dance or not, just allow your body to move any way it feels called. Think fluid and sway.
There are also several yoga poses that are great for the sacral chakra, particularly hip openers.
